Introduction
The educational program reflects compliance with the concept of the chosen program, mission and goals of the NJSC "Shakarim University of Semey", defines the features student population, their educational needs, opportunities and needs. The modular educational program "Business Administration" is document developed and approved by the university taking into account the requirements of the labor market. The educational program is compiled taking into account the regulatory framework in the field higher postgraduate education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The main criterion for the completion of the educational process is the completion of at least 120 credits, including 78 credits of theoretical training, a block on the formation of professional competencies VK-14 credits, a block of disciplines of personal development and the formation of leadership qualities BD/KV-20 credit, PD/KV-44 credits, experimental research work – 30 credits, 12 credits.

Target
The goal of the program is to train management personnel who implement an up-to-date system of knowledge and skills in the field of business, capable of managing processes and human resources for the successful management of Kazakhstan and international organizations.

Modul 3 . International marketing and management

Learning outcomes for the module:

An introduction to the concepts, principles, issues and practices of operations management. Systematization of knowledge in the field of project management based on PMI standards, analysis of the Agile SCRUM methodology and showing their high efficiency, developing your own project. An overview of the main components of financial planning, namely consumption planning, tax planning, insurance planning, retirement planning and estate planning. PR communications management methods. Opportunities to interact with government, multinational companies and global institutions.

Modul 2. Corporate governance and sustainable development

Learning outcomes for the module:

A comparative analysis of the development of national accounting systems and the role of the International Accounting Standards Board, examining financial reporting and disclosure issues in a global context. Integration of multimodal systems and global projects. Domestic trade, international corporate governance, foreign direct investment, technology diffusion, electronic commerce, and policy changes that may affect corporate performance.
