Introduction
- Educational program 7M04108 State and local management, implemented at the Shakarim University of Semey, the Higher School of Business, was developed taking into account the needs of the regional labor market, the requirements of regulatory documents of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan and is a system of documents for organizing the educational process. Educational program 7M04108 “State and Local Administration” is intended to train highly qualified specialists who are able to work effectively in public service bodies , as well as in organizations involved in public administration and socio-economic development of regions. This program provides extensive opportunities for professional growth and development, offering in-depth knowledge and practical skills necessary for a successful career in management.
The main criterion for the completion of the educational process for preparing masters in a specialized field is that the student has completed at least 39 credits of theoretical training, including at least 14 credits of practical training, at least 13 credits of experimental research work of the master’s student, including completing an internship and completing a master’s project, at least 8 credits of final certification. Total 60 credits.
